
S&B Herba Foods have a dedicated team covering all aspects
of shipping, warehousing and distribution and customer
services.
For all imported goods, tariff and duty levels,
documentation and transit arrangements are handled by our
internal shipping department, which has a wide experience of
UK and EU import documentation and tariff classifications.
Customer relationships are the backbone of our business. We
pride ourselves on the level of service we guarantee and the
quality of product we deliver. Our customer service team
takes the time to understand our customers’ business, so we
provide the right level of service.
S&B Herba Foods use a third party warehouse and distribution
company, whose main site is located just 10 minutes from
Felixstowe Docks. They have 750,000 square feet of ambient,
high quality warehousing and are part of the CHEP blue
pallet network.
