Stabilised Rice Bran

Rice Bran is the outer layers of rice kernels, removed during white rice processing. The stabilisation process increases the products shelf-life, as it inactivates enzymes which would degrade the rice bran oil. It is nutrient rich and this process does not affect the nutritional value of our Stabilised Rice Bran.

As a unique ingredient to human nutrition, Stabilised Rice Bran has an abundance of applications, offering solutions of improved functionality in food products. It can be used as a sugar replacement in breakfast cereals, retaining moisture in baked goods and breads, extra crispness and expansion in extruded snacks, and as a fat replacement in various meat products, dressings and spreads, and dairy products.

Our stabilised bran is available in 20kg (32 bags per pallet) or big bags of 600kg.
